Experience with Clomipramine

I'm 17 and have had anxiety for about 7 years now, I started taking clomipramine ( 20mg) about 5 years ago with outstanding results, my anxiety was totally eliminated and had no side effects whatsoever, about 3 years ago I was taken off medication and I didn't have any problems until roughly 3 months ago when the anxiety skyrocketed, since then I feel scared to leave the house or engage in social contact, I was restarted on clomipramine 4 days ago ( 20mg ) and since then I've experienced drowsiness, extreme lethargy, fluctuating moods, feeling generally spaced out, headaches and lack of concentration, the effects are usually worse in the morning and evening, my anxiety is lessening however

just wondering if any of this is cause for concern or if these effects will eventually wear off?

Hi Ferry I have just today been prescribed clomipramine at 10mg 3 times a day. I have just taken my first one and hoping it will do the trick on my agitation and anxiety. I will monitor how I go and let you know. It would be good to know how you get on in the next couple of weeks
