i am finding at the moment that i have no concentration at all. when people speak to me it just goes over my head. this is scaring me and i am getting so uptight about it. any suggestions, thanks

If it's any help I'm exactly the same too :ohmy:
I never remember anything anyone ever says to me and I find it really frustrating.
I think it's because we always have sooooo much other stuff going through our heads that any important things just don't stick there and gets lost among the anxiety and panic.
