im really worried dont know why its not like i have not had 1 before but should i take paracetamol or just drink loads of water

and i forgot i have diarrhea with the cold is that normal :weep::emot-crying:
Only take paracetamol if your temperature goes up to 38degreesC Or if you need pain relief from aches and pains :)
Drink chicken soup it's full of goodness, water,anything with vitamin C is good too.
A cold is one of those things you need to wait out.
Sometimes you might need to stay in bed for a day or two, if you have a lot of aches and pains or a fever.
I had bit of cold this year but luckily the worst was over in 3 days, I had a fever too but it didn't get too high, a fever is good for killing off the virus in your body.
don't worry you will be ok and if you don't feel well sure you can always see your doctor :)
Your anxiety might be a little be tired because you're a bit stressed but thats pretty normal.
