Why is it that each brand of Complex B vitamin has different amounts of the vitamins in them, when you look at the label, some are say the B6 are 50mg and then some are 2mg, which one do you choose, are the cheaper brands better than the dear ones, or are the dear ones better.
I don't know the answer to your question but I take Boots own brand of Vit B complex and they do the ttrick for me.

"Standard" Vit B Comples just contains 100% RDA, the more potent ones Vit Complex 50 or 100 contains much more. For example the vit B complex 50 I take has 50mg which is 2500% RDA. I take 2 first thing.
From what I've read the 100% RDA isn't going to help your anxiety/panic you need a much higher dose. The ones I take are slow release as vit B's are water soluable and would otherwise be flushed from your system.
I'm taking it with Omega 3, 4 capsules 3 times a day to get just over 1200mg of EPA.
