Ive heard that kava kava is good but banned from the uk.

Re: What Works For You ?
How you doing today Mirry?
you can buy Kava kava on line but you are right in saying its banned really.
Some people like valerian and others swear by rescue remedy.
Trial and error I'm afraid

Re: What Works For You ?
Mirry you know that I got on really well with Kava but you also know I won't use it while there is a question mark over it.
I do quite like valerian - infact I may get myself some as I haven't had it in ages!
Still rather liking my lavendar on a cottonwool ball or neroli too.

The only ones to have an effect on me without side effects were L theanine and Taurine.

Re: What Works For You ?
I have tried Valerian but it makes me feel really sick and yucky so take kalms or natracalm or kava kava which I get form Biovea.net . Wenjoy x

Re: What Works For You ?
I am taking a homeopathic remedy called Calm. (By Brauer, don't know if you get it in the UK or US)
It has a combo of about 8 different things, and i find it has helped. Also a good multi with B vits has seemed to help and some excersise.

Re: What Works For You ?
its not a herbal remedy as such but i have found if i am panicky a cup of hot camomile tea with sugar helps to relax almost immediately also i take St Johns wort which helps calm my mind and straighten my thoughts
