I didn't know where else to post this:
I had probiotics in my bag and I hadn't taken them in a long time. I had one today and it tasted a little stale. Is it possible for probiotics to spoil? Is it bad if I put dead bacteria into my body?? I feel a little sick but I can't tell if its because of the probiotics or not?
I am guessing they would have an expiry date on them? and my guess is that feeling a little sick is the anxiety rather than anything to do with the probiotics.
Just get some new ones and it will be fine :)
