What have you been prescribed to help with anti d weight gain?

Hi all;

I’m on mirtazapine and quetiapine and the weight gain is awful, I have tried to reduce both and ended up feeling severely depressed and suicidal so I need to somehow sort out this weight gain. I have tried exercise and diet with no avail.... I’ve been to my doctor and been prescribed various things which haven’t worked - toprimate, metformin and currently trialing orlistat 120mg..... has anyone had any luck with a prescription weight loss drug? What and how did it work for you?
