Heat Rash around face and chest...

Hey regiment.

Hope all is well.

The drink and drug thing went a little crazy and after a night out with friends I decided to kick back and be more healthy.

I've ditched the booze and chuff. Agreed to rejoin the gym with Sevie again, re-arranged my house and all other things Zenny and such!!


I've been hitting all kinds of booze for the past 3 months and alot of cocaine in the last month and it was sprialling to idotic and desperate proportions.

It came to a head when last Saturday I was out with friends at the local Thai restaurant. I had drink and 'stuff' during the day, basically from when I woke up. Was only a little wired.

I came out with what I can only call a heat rash around the dinner table, where gradually my face blew up all kinds of shades of red untill my head neck and chest was covered.

It seems the coke, booze and general anxiety of being para rushed was burning me and my big enough head up!!

Since Monday I've not drank or the other'd and yet I'm still getting head rushes and heat rashes...

Anyone else suffered this?
