Propanalol to ween off Lorasepam?

Hi guys,

I've been on 50mg Sertraline for the last month. I initially had a few side effects but those have mostly gone. However, the lorazepam worked very well for me even only taking 0.5mg when I needed it. The trouble is I did take it every day for a while and then on the off days I was unbelievably anxious.

The doctor has prescribed propanalol as a safe alternative to help me come off the lorazepam and help with my anxiety.

Do you guys have any experience with this?
