Not sure but diazepam can make you feel very drowsy, but you're only on 1 a day. Go back to Gp and tell them how you feel. Should think they wouldhave checked out if they would be bad together but just check. Also the symptoms you describe are anxiety related ones too so it may just be that you are getting anxious about it all. I would definitely speak to GP to be on safe side.
