Strange Feeling In Chest. Is it anxiety?

so last night I had a strange feeling on the left side of my chest. Felt very sensitive, kinda like a tickling almost. I felt it come and go also when I took deep breaths. It sent me into a full blown panic attack. It went away and then reappeared about a hour or so later, with a dull aching pain in my right shoulder that lasted maybe a few mins then went away and then had a tightness in my chest and throat. It took my bf a good 20 mins to calm me down.

I may have a sinus infection or hay fever so I took some Alka-Seltzer Plus Sever Sinus Congestion about 3-4 hours before it happen. Not sure if it could of been the medicine that could of did it, or something else.

Has anyone had a feeling like this before?

Are taking anything for anxiety?

not yet, waiting for my doc appointment this week so I can be put back on Paxil
