I agree with Tetley. Adrenaline changes normal thoughts into scary out of control ones and the more you engage with them the scarier they get. Could you get out for a walk or some exercise to burn some of it off. I find walking and singing very fast is good for me. I'm replying to you trying to go with the panic attacks I am having too today so I totally feel for you.

I do not feel stressed until i get the symptoms!
Then all hell breaks loose.

I know it's scary but remember it can't harm you even thought it feels horrible - it's a trick that anxiety plays on your mind and your body. Do you have anyone you can talk to when you feel this bad, a friend or family member? I've tried to explain my anxiety & panic disorder to the people around me so I can confide in them when I'm at my worst, and so they know why I'm not my usual self.
Remember, panic attacks come to an end, and you can and will feel better. We all believe in you! *hug*

I just repliefd to ur other thread, your having a bad time in u hun. Today is such a bad day for me especially now I'm so dam blurred and irratated like I don't know what to do with myself. I've been great for a month so I know things get better I hope this is just a blip.
