St John's Wort

Hi,

I've been on St John's Wort for over a week now. I just wondered what your opinions were on it?

Is that right that it takes around three weeks to take effect?

Also is St John's Wort primarily for depression or do you feel it helps with Panic/Anxiety attacks as well??
