Mirtazapine and ??? Suggestions and experiences would be great.

I took Seroxat 20mg from 2006, my GP added Mirtazapine 30mg in 2014 and Propranolol 80mg x/r in 2015.

In 2016 i came off Seroxat and in 2017 i came off Propranolol.

In 2016 i tried adding Venlafaxine 75mg but i didn't get on with it. In 2017 my GP offered me Serquel but i refused it.

Any advice and suggestions on Mirtazapine plus ???? Would be very welcome and appreciated.

I take mirtazapine plus pregabalin, which together have been very good at stopping my anxiety. However, like all these meds, what works for one does not always work for everyone.

I think you are best to see a psychiatrist who specialises in these medications. I know you can take Prozac with Mirtazapine.

Mirt worked quickly for my depression,but made my anxiety yo yo .I also felt extremely agitated and had bad intrusive thoughts. Had to stop it and go on to Citalopram. Mirt also gave me an incredible appetite. Hope it works for you tho.
