Tense jaw, gums feel sore, teeth feel weird..temples feel tired

Woke up this morning and my gums felt really sore. no pain, just soreness. My teeth felt sore as well...as if my jaw was tense all night or i was clenching my teeth or grinding them all night or something. my temples also feel tired?? something like that

what is this and is it bad? how can i make the soreness go away?:unsure:

This sounds like TMJ hun.

Take some anti inflammatory & try & stop clenching your teeth and also at night wear a guard. The temple pain is the from the clenching. If you clench your teeth now & feel your temples you will feel the effect it has on your temples.
