piles, so so sorry a little tmi!

I posted about this the other d ay, but I think I have a pile, I'm not sure as it doesn't bother me. Only once when I went to the loo on the first day and then when it moved out! I'm getting worried because it just looks like a skin coloured lump at the side I can move it side to side but I'm so so worried its something sinister! Iv had pukes before but they always went in a few days and iv had this a week! Although they never moved before! This one I did. Could it be anything sinister??

Go to the doc and they may suggest banding or injecting it or they can be surgically removed.
