hi i am having a rough time been anxious for months now left with aching body really scared arms, legs. back and recovering from a coccyx injury 3 months ago
please any advice do you think it is anxiety i have been taking sertraline and it started 2 weeks into that stopping now

I have problems with my lower back and my doc has said this is the reason for my aches and pains. I have pains in my right hip leg shoulder as well as sciatica and right sided abdo pain. I am waiting for physio so maybe ask your doc too. PM me if you need to talk!
Hi, if you are anxious and panicky you actually can be holding your body so tightly that you are actually clenching and eventually it starts to ache. If you try to relax all your muscles one by one you will probably realise you have been clenching them unawares!
I am very bad for doing this, especially my teeth! Then I wonder why I have a headache...[Duh!]
