My wife has been taking them for 20 years.. I heard that before she took them..well to say the least she wasn't very easy to live with.Helped her perhaps it will you too.. and yes she tried stopping while with me and she went right back on them.. Good luck to you and hope you feel better..Michael
they have helped me so much. I tried everything before taking them councilling cbt self help and they helped but taking the pills have been a life saver although i think that you still need to try other things aswell
