I awoke this morning with a pain in my left breast. Now it leave for awhile today and now it is back. I am also tighter than tight in my shoulders. I don't know if it is wrapping around to the front or should I go check it out. I am not out of wind and I want to stay calm. Anyone had this?

I get this pain too. Mine goes round to my upper back.
I always get this when im feeling anxious.
I have it now in the top part of my back.
I normally have a hot bath with some lavender oil as this seems to ease my pain and make me feel more relaxed.

I get muscle tension in shoulders and neck. Aromatherapy oils helps and just trying to loosen them a bit by rolling them.

Hi TT - I get pain in my left breast and what feels like just under it. I used to get it from time to time before anxiety kicked in big time, so think its just down to muscle tension/spasms. When we're more anxious we feel everything a lot worse. If your shoulders are tense too, then thats all it is. I lock my fingers together and push my arms up to the ceiling and then out in front to try and ease some of the tension, I also find shrugging and rolling my shoulders helps too.

Hi TT Ive had the breast pain thing for years now and had a mammogram twice also xray but it doesnt bother me now as much as ive got so many other symptoms to annoy me lol the breast pain was one of my first years ago you are not alone

Yep I get this to, mine lasts for about a week I notice it comes when I tense my muscles and chest, anxiety, bad posture, tensing muscles, time of the month, panic attacks can cause this. I am having it now
