Abdominal Discomfort/Pain...Gas?

Last night I developed some pain discomfort in the lower right area of my abdomen. It started shortly after I had my dinner and is still with me now. It hasn't really worsened. It definitely feels like a nasty case of trapped gas....I have been taking deflatine and have gone to the toilet three times or so and passed a lottttt of gas (ha)...Still bothering me a bit though...

I feel slightly nauseous although I have a hiatus hernia and experience nausea fairly frequently because of this. My hernia has also been playing up a lot recently too...connections?

I have also been taking a lot of omega 3 fish oil recently...Could be a link there?

I'm mainly concerned about appendicitis....But the only criteria that has been met is the location of the pain really....
