i feel so unhealthy! i feel like im slowly dying, i have a balanced diet, try and excersize although i could do more, im always breathless and i feel like im going to drop dead soon, i cant explain it i just feel so unhealthy all my bloods and BP are normal :(:(:(:(:(
Sorry you feel this way but i know exactly what you are saying. I feel that somethimes too.
I have been feeling quit ok now for a week or two but yesterday it hit me again.
It feel so hard to break the cycle when all you do is think that there is something wrong and bad.
