I read somewhere recently that the Omega 3s in fish oil are natural antidepressants and when taken with fluoxetine, can actually boost its effectiveness. Has anyone else heard of this?
As for me, I'm going to give it a shot. Fish oil is good for my pregnancy, too, so I see no harm in trying the combo. I'd be thrilled if it worked! :)
