Hi I have just started taking propranolol yesterday (10mg 4x a day). For the last month I have been doing aerobics exercise at home. I was just wondering is it safe to continue to do my aerobics on these tablets or should I switch to a more gentle form of exercise? I am just asking because I heard you can get really tired and dizzy exercising while on propranolol and you obviously need alot of energy to do aerobics.
