B COMPLEX VITAMINS

I just wondered if anyone knows how long it is before the B vitamins work?

Well for me it took about 3 to 4 weeks. I went off of them for a week and I could feel my anxiety coming back. I can't believe how well they work.

Well I take centrum a multi vitamin. I also take a 50 mg B complex, which helps with my anxiety. I can't believe how much actually.
