Re: constant worry of brain tumour
Hi
Your symptoms are caused by anxiety, which is difficult to believe I know.
If you were so I'll with a brain tumour it would have been detected by you optician.:hugs::hugs:
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

RYA4N,
Welcome to the site.
I understand where you're coming from. I too used to worry that I had a brain tumour..& blood clot & MS..the list is endless. I too have been to the opticians & was dreading them finding something but they didn;t. You must believe the optician, they would pick things up like this.
Your symptoms are anxiety, as horrible as they are they will not hurt you.

Re: constant worry of brain tumour
Hi Daz,
It's tension that is. I once had a headache for a month, in my eyes, on top of my head, my temples etc etc. It's all anxiety related and I very much doubt you have a brain tumour.
I'm sorry to hear this is your 4th breakdown, but you have obviously got yourself through it before and I bet you can do it again.
Keep fighting!!

Re: constant worry of brain tumour
thanks for the kind words emily, the trouble is after each breakdown, you forget how bad the last one was:)
Re: constant worry of brain tumour
Of course you do but you can get through it.
Take each day as it is instead of thinking about where you should be and write day off. If you have a good day praise yourself and hold onto that good feeling.
It will be hard and it will be frustrating and you will feel hopeless but you will get there, one day at a time. Believe in yourself
