Yep, I still get that from time to time. You've described it very well. I look at it as a warning that I'm subconsciously worrying about something (in which case I bring it the fore and sort it out) or I've taken on too much on (in which case I prioritise my "to do" list and drop or cancel something if necessary). I also use the abdominal breathing - it works well.
I've noticed that it comes more easily at that time of the month, so that's probably a factor for you too. Well done for thinking it through and keeping on top of it. You're doing really well!

Thank you very much, Eeb! I was wondering if it was just me that had those things, too. :D I think I was worrying about something or the other a bit too much right then, now that I think about it. I've been practicing the breathing lately too and I do notice how well it works.
