muddling words up- brain problem or meds?

hello sorry to moan on christmas day but im panicking.
im not sure if this is just my health anxiety or maybe my meds but ive been muddling up a lot of my words and its really scaring me!! ive been on sertraline for 2 weeks ans ive been feeling confused a lot but ive put it down to side effects. but now im forgetting things muddling words and having a hard time reading. are these side effects or is it just anxiety?
