Sea sick/travel feeling from anxiety?

Lately this has been a new symptom with all my head pressure, tension headaches..I can feel dizzy but more lately I can just feel pressure in my head and my head just feels sea sick almost?

I feel on a boat at times, but the symptom mainly seems up in my head my head feels woozy, sickness, a travel sick feeling almost yet I'm stuck indoors? Sometimes I even get it just lying on my bed watching a DVD so have so it up. It use to relax me lying down but the head pressure and this symptom..

Anybody else experienced this? I can't find it in the search.

this is the sort of thing i get! i thought no one else experienced it too! my doctor said it's all part of it and told me to do some long exercises at the gym to release endorphins which will help to surpress it, i also have stomach problems due to anxiety which have caused me many sleepless nights and the doc said it could be related to lack of sleep so he gave me a pill for my stomach and i hope to God that it works!
