Just an update x

It's been a while since i updated so i thought i'd make this as a little diary and just update when i feel like it x

I'm in a rather happy mood lately, i haven't been sleeping well these past two nights thanks to my side pain but after going to the doctors about my painful periods yesterday i was diagnosed with Endometriosis which could be the cause of my side pain, been feeling bleh as my period ended two days ago but i'm still getting cramps :meh: however despite this i've been feeling strangely positive, i've started working on a little anxiety bucket list my OH created for me, i've already achieved quite a bit so far,
i've made strides in eating, reassurance seeking, and social events, i recently went and saw a comedian live which was quite the shocker for me x

my greatest achievement by far though has to of been on Thursday where my boss surprised me with a horse she adopted that i can call my own :yesyes: after all my dedicated work she thought i deserved a horse of my own which makes me happy to know people have faith in me and i'm not completely useless <3 (if any of you are interested i decided to name him Applejacks, it was the first thing that popped in my head and strangely suited him :roflmao:

(sorry for bumping this xx)

I'm still coping pretty well despite my big time side pain flare up, i haven't seeked out any reassurance for it which is amazing for me x
i just really need to focus on my OCD, rituals and eyelash fear now,
i wasn't aware of how bad my rituals were until my partner noticed them, all my other fears have dimmed down and although there's a niggling thought at the back of my mind i can rationalize it pretty well however i'm still having issues with choking and eyelashes(which is very confusing for me) like out of the fears in the world i have to care about getting eyelashes in my eyes? like its the end of the world :roflmao: it doesn't take up much of my time thankfully only really before bed, i find myself having to check three times before hand even if i don't see anything the first. all in all especially for everything going on i'm feeling strangely happy and i hope everyone else is too xx
