Me 1-0 OCD......Me 1-0 Social A.....Me 1-1 HA

I want people to know that the symptoms of anxiety CAN be reduced to a neglibable amount. I've had OCD, social anxiety, and have made good progress in getting over hypochondria.
I'm curious as to whether i will always have a bit of anxiety though. The fact that i've switched from one type to another suggests that maybe it's genetic and it wants to be 'alive' somewhere or another. Anyone got any thoughts on this? Either way, as soon as my symptoms can be minimised to a mild level i'll be happy.

hi Jack.. glad you're feeling better :-) I only have HA so wouldn;t know about shifting.. but def agree that when an emotion or anxiety wants to "get out" it will try its damned hardest (even if you try to suppress it).
