Pain/Pressure in head when leaning forward?

Hi all,
I am having a bad week, got bad neck and back after visiting the sports therapist, he has moved things around and I have been in a lot of pain.
Last few days though I have had headaches and when I lean forward, like to bend down to pick something up off the floor, I get this really horrible heavy feeling of everything rushing to my head. It goes again when I get up.
I thought if it was sinus the pain goes when you lean over and not get worse, but I haven't had a cold anyway.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Please help, my doc asked me yesterday if these pains worry me, of course I said yes!! I didn't mention the head as thought she had enough of me with my back pains by this time...

If you still have the neck problems then it will mostly be at the root of this. I get load of problems with tension in my neck and stiffness and usually get the same kind of headaches- more so when I bend over.
