6 weeks in. Starting to get libido issues. Worried. Please reassure me!

My libido has dropped off quite a bit. Masturbation and sex don't feel that good. ****! My anxiety has dropped off a lot which is great but I don't want to trade one problem for another.

Please tell me this is temporary, my libido will go back to normal and sex will feel good again. Give me hope!!

I think you'll be ok, give it a few weeks and I'm sure everything will be back to normal in that department :)

If they prescribe Wellbutrin/Zyban (Bupropion) in Canada, your doctor might consider it as it can counter these effects. If you have been taking Citalopram for less than the 4-6 weeks of the side effect window, it could easily go on it's own.

Thanks for the reassurance guys! I think I worked myself up over nothing. I'll wait another few weeks and see how it is. So far my libido is about the same actually. It's possible that it dropped a little but that's not too bad. :)
