Food gets stuck

Hi, yesterday went out for tea an half way through it got stuck just as it was going into stomach it was really painful, the pains went into my chest an back I rang 111 said it could be indigestion but today I still have bellyache feel sick! I have anxiety could it be something to do with that? Iv had it afew times but it has never been this bad? I’m too scared to eat now in case it happens again! I keep burping an I kept doing that yesterday an every time I burped I was sick, can anyone else relate to this?? Obviously my anxiety is telling me it is something serious! I feel awful. Any opinions would be grate thanks.

how do you know that?? It does very much sound like indegestion.

When I am anxious and panicky one of my major symptoms is that I feel sick and have stomach ache, So my guess is that your anxiety is causing those symptoms today.

If you are worried then book a drs appointment. but pretty sure you will find the symptoms will ease if you chill a little.
