I got out of the shower today and actually feeling a little more normal than usual.I dried my hair and then sat down to get on the computer.I feel a buzzing or vibration sensation on my right side..I also had a sharp pain go into the center of my chest just for a moment then just the vibration feeling all over my right chest..Its been doing that for about an hour..Is this just muscle spasm or is it something else?
