Throat Muscle Pain, Earache, Left Arm Numbness

Hi there,

For the last few days I've had this ache in the left side of my throat. It seems to be centralized to one muscle that runs down the side of my throat. The ache seems to spread upwards and also has been causing my left ear to ache.
On top of all that since last night, I've had a numbness/uncomfortable feeling in one spot of my left upper arm.

These symptoms have been spiraling my anxiety, which is frustrating because it had felt like I was getting it under control.

Does anyone know what these symptoms could be? WebMd has of course been my enemy lately.
