Hi all, does anyone else have anxiety sitting in top of chest and throat? It almost feels tickly but know its nothing else.
It usually sits in my tummy so am worrying, does it sits there with anyone else. Must just add that there is no pain just this funny anxious feeling.

Jo, don´t worry, this happens to me, too. Sometimes this is caused by lack of magnesium - it is a feeling of a lump in your throat, like if it was blocked up by something. It is because the msucles are tense. Try taking some magnesium - it can´t hurt you.

I think I know what you mean...is it a tickly feeling almost? No pain just uncomfortable and very irritating?
