My dr confirmed the other day that i have IBS, and i figured out my triggers are wheat, caffeine & eggs, so i have been doing my best to avoid these things, whats the best medication to take to help when my ibs plays up?

colpermin,,gripe water yes seriously it works,,rennie are good too,,i also avoid wheat where i can except for where its hidden,,like it was in a meal i was bought tonight im now on loo trip number six in an hour with colpermin at the ready,,you will most likely get tonnes of wecome advice on here

I take immodium when I need to, they stop me going !!

Its nice to get a answer to what was causing my problems as i always put it down to period pains (I have the implant) but then it occured to me that it couldnt have been that ALL the time. it just means being extra cautious when food shopping, and being a chef doesnt help either lol
