Breast Issues

Hi, I know I post a lot and most of what I experience is anxiety. I just find I always get obsessed with a certain body part for months and then move on to something else and it is driving me mad.

Just wondered if you had any logic?

Lately it's been my breasts that causing me concern I get on and off pains of different types, sometimes it's sharp pains othertimes they just feel tender and sensitive. My periods have become lighter since about a year ago so I could be perimenopausal and it could be hormonal.

I can't feel any lumps or anything but worry I'm not checking properly as I'm terrified and also don't want to poke and prod to much as could make things worse and cause more pain.

I also find them a bit uncomfortable to lie on at night time.

The thing that's really causing me worry today is I sometimes I get palpitations in my left breast. Has anyone had that before? Could that be anxiety? Also where I'm fixated on them is probably not helping? I do find when I'm out or busy doing something I don't notice things as much.

Any reassurance? Sorry to post again 😳.

I'm really trying to apply logic and reassure myself.
