Hi All,
Was on 10mg for 3 1/2 weeks and been on 20mg for a week. Just want to know a couple of things.
Do the side effects double as i'm on a higher dose, also i feel so tired all the time is this the medication or something else ?
Should i be seeing a difference now, i know i tolerate things alot better but still get hot flushes, heart palpatations etc.... should this be happening ?
Any help would be appreciated thanks

When i was on citalopram I felt absolutely dreadful to begin with, then without even realising i felt much better after a couple of weeks. I think cos you've had the lower dose first that should mean you don't suffer too many of the side effects again. I found it so hard to begin with that i nearly threw them in the bin!
The tiredness is the medication, I couldn't get up and didn't want to eat or socialise at all. I think cos the symptoms have gone a bit that should make you feel better in itself.
