Lumps In Neck

So I've had a few pea sized lymph nodes in my neck for over a year that the ENT said it was due to acne and not a concern. They move around when I poke at them and are not sore. I've finally gotten over the fear of those little lumps being something more dangerous. But I was feeling around my neck the other day and I found these two kinda flat grape sized lumps above and to the left and right of my Adams apple. They become way more pronounced when i press my tongue against my bottom teeth. They don't feel like my other lymph nodes, they almost feel like two balls of muscle they also don't wiggle around like the other lymph nodes they just kinda stay in place like muscle would. I kinda remember having these forever but I am not ure and I'm getting anxious since these are much larger than. the other lumps and don't m ove around. Does anyone know what they are and can anyone else feel them?
