Mucus in throat & blocked feeling

Hello, i have mentioned this to a few people in the healthy anxiety section but i just wondered if any one knew what what it was.

Symptoms are:

blocked feeling in throat,
feels like a lump in my throat
swallowing mucus at the back of my throat - impossible to cough up
can definitly feel mucus at the back of my throat and its driving me nuts.

I have been struggling a lot with my health anxiety lately but i am going to the dctors tommorow to get it checked. Does it sound like post nasal drip ?

I am also going to get checked for asthma whilst im there as i am struggling to breath after exercising and my mouth fills with mucus. Any advice would be great
