head pressure and fuzzy feeling plus shooting pains now for 2 weeks

about 2 weeks ago i got a really bad headache it just wouldnt shift all day and when i got in from work at night it was even worse...i dont like taking tablets and we only had really strong ones in so that was a no no...i tried just lieing down and resting but it just got worse so i rang out of hours team and a nurse rang me back she was lovely and said it was just a tension headache and to put a hot water bottle at the back of my neck...i did this and with in 5 mins my head felt better, not completly but it wasnt as bad..so for the next few days the headache lingerd..but its been 2 weeks now and im still getting a heavy feeling and a fuzzy feeling and shooting pains in my head im terrified its something bad..i know its not my eyes because i got new glasses about 2 month ago..what could it be...any advice please....sorry post long...loves xxxx

Try not 2 worry easy Sed I know but if you have tension headache then the worryin will just aggravate it .
Have you had any stress at mo hun that could be causing it .....is it constant or on and off throughout the day .....I know you say u dont like takin tablets but something like paracetemol hun will help.

I dont know what else 2 advise hun other than if itcarries on pop 2 see doc ..but headaches usually go after a while hun xxxxxxx
