Venlafaxine 150mg And Buspar Beta Blockers

Take beta blockers 10MG 3 OR 4 TABS DAILY for anxiety an general panic to stop so much adrenaline etc and they work fine but am ran out so went to doctors and got buspar hydroocholride 5 mg 3x daily taking them with the beta blockers.
Whats happening is ending up feeling very emotional at night and feel ill like want to be sick but cant and generally crap.
Should stop buspar just carry on with beta blockers or vise versar??

Have taken venlafaxine 150 mg a day for 3 half years they really dont appear to be helping with anxiety and although drunk with them alcohole which shouldnt do it seems they are just not helping now even now have drink problem sorted.
Not that am off depression but feel like dont need them there side effects are bad to.
Problem is they are the hardest a depressant to come off and whenmiss a dosage feel awful thats one dosage and from other posts previous users got:

COUNT THE BEADS IN THE CAPSULE REDUCE DAILY
REDUCE TO 75 MG THEN HALF AGAIN
MISS OUT A CAPSULE OUT EVERY OTHER DAY ELIMINATE ANOTHER CAPSULE FOLLOWING WEEK

Not sure what to do to comeoff them want to be off them by november this year.
However some people get awful side effects to not taking them regulary like dizzyness feeling ill appetite confusion etc dont want to go through all that when missed out dose in past used to get spasms and general feeling of going to faint.

Even if it takes 6 months more will do it to come off them.
