For the last few days i've been waking up with body tremors and terrible anxiety. I suffer from a condition called Fibromyalgia which I was diagniosed with last Novemeber so I suffer quite a bit from depression and anxiety, but i don't understand why my body has started to tremor when I wake up.
Anyone any Ideas? :unsure:

I know that when my stress and anxiety is at its peak that i will suddenly wake up and start shaking all over and have the tremors which only lasts for about a minute. This only happened again last friday but is now happening less frequently as i used to get this happen almost every night. I know it is frightening but is all to do with stress and anxiety.
