hi, the last 5 days now i have had the dread and fear feeling inside, my whole body feels tingley and just unsure inside, dont feel hungry but mt stomach is rummbleing, but just feel like im really nervous and worried! have been lightheaded and dizzy this week also. anyone understand?

yep know exactly where you coming from with the stomach,its my worst symptom,everytime with the panic and anxiety its always felt in my stomach.Churning,butterflies,nausea and the rest,oh and i completely lose my appetite too,its a nightmare.
Over the last few days ive also been getting really bad sinuses and headaches,the pressure is intense but just like all the other symptoms as you start to feel better,the symptoms will subside so try not to worry.

Yeah I get this stomach gurgling business- usually the week before my period when I get all panicky. The feelings of dread are very common (When I get it I end up saying to myself, this is intuition telling me I'm going to die) but it's not, and you won't so don't worry! I get this loads and I'm still here and still intact!
Very important to eat properly, though, I can't stress this enough.

Yeah,I've had this feeling for just over a week now, it's not nice but does get better! If you can't eat much (like me) drink full fat milk so your stomach is at least lined, eat bananas (for vitamin B6 i think) and omega 3 capsules which are both very good for anxiety sufferers apparently :) Try to eat little and often if poss!!
