Well I can't say for sure but blurred vision is definately an anxiety symptom. Tiredness can cause watery, bloodshot eyes. Could you have an allergy, or have you been looking at the computer screen too long? Just a thought.

Im not sure really, I noticed yesterday I had blurred sight in my right eye perhaps i need glasses but today both eyes have been savagely watering on and off every 10 mins!
My hayfever kicked in yesterday David, could it be that?

I too wondered if it could be a touch of hayfever, or perhaps too much mascara (only teasing :D ).

Hayfever I reckon. Allergies can just appear from nowhere, so even if you've never suffered from it before, this could be your unlucky year! Lots of effective remedies available over the counter at the pharmacy.
