Started a new job last week and the first few days were rough. Anxiety playing up and finding it hard to settle and concentrate, my sleep was also poor from the stress. Doubled my zoloft to 100mg and this week I've felt almost normal. Anyone out there on 50mg and struggling - especially with social anxiety - up the dose. I've been on it for 10 years and never thought to increase the dosage.
