I am a long sufferer of ectopic beats...and have been going well
But yesterday I came down with the flu.and appart from all the symptoms
It the racing heart and ectopics That are making me pannic.i just wanted to hear
Off someone who can relate to me.
These are very common feelings with anxiety and I would imagine that most people here can relate to this so you are certainly not alone. I hope you recover from your flu soon.
I had the flu a couple of weeks ago and it made me much worse anxiety wise. I got better but then got a chest infection which made me panic no end so I know just how youre feeling :( Just try to eat and drink plenty cos I didnt and it made me feel so much worse, Get well soon :hugs:
