Once you're down the only was is back up :)

So over the last few months I've had a lot to handle. Ive also done that thing where we always put on a brave face and pretend everything is fine to family, friends ect.. I finally told them everything that was getting me down & I do feel so much better for it, I mean it's not completely fine but now being able to talk about things with them is a help.
Harder said than done I know, but try and talk to someone if you can & try find something you feel comfortable or enjoy doing to take your mind off things for a while. All the best =)
