Re: What have you done today to make you feel proud??
Today I got up and delivered some rewarding tutorials (at least I hope they were, I certainly felt there was a good connection!) and tonight I'm going to help my parents work their iPhones! Mum has been up all night worrying that she won't know how to use it, lol - wonder where I get my anxiety from?!!! Determined to keep busy and keep moving forward even when things don't feel ideal.

I simply just want to watch movies and listen to music :)

1) Helped people amongst multiple forums
2) ate lunch without being anxious afterwards
3) managed to reassure myself from a really really silly fear almost instantly :D

Dealt with my preschooler's respiratory virus (which includes a high fever) without scaring him or overreacting. In fact, I've just kept him busy and comfortable all day, playing board games, watching cartoons. It is hard not to panic, but I have to remind myself, I've been through this with him before, it's a common cold, etc. His fevers frighten me, though. All of my children run very high fevers, up to 103 or so, even with minor illnesses.

Not drank one drop of beer this year and feel all the better for it.
Re: What have you done today to make you feel proud??
After 7 years in my flat, I finally got around to decorating last week and I finally finished it today. I put it off for years as with my depression, OCD and everything else, I had absolutely no notion to do. The flat looked as bad as I felt and I knew that doing the flat up would help but depression always won and made me think it wasn't worth the hassle. Having a nice home doesn't cure you but it certainly helps.

Today I picked up my sons neglected Ukulele, got a beginners Ukulele lesson youtube vid up and practised 3 chords. It was enjoyable and engaging. I tried yoga vid today too, it was relaxing but a bit slow! Also, although I haven't started it yet, I read the pattern to a bag I would like to make.

Not today, but the other day I did some chalk painting on a blanket box and an old dining chair for the bedroom. Took me ages and not quite finished yet,
I also bought some thick wool and knitted some coasters. Sounds odd but they really work and don't stick to the bottom of your mug.
It does not sound much, but it does take your mind off things.
